Honestly the staff were kinda rude. Front desk seemed annoyed everytime we talked to them. The room was run down. I will say the a/c worked great. The only elevator was steaming hot! The pool had center blocks and an orange cone in the pool. I would like to say the house keeping staff was amazing. Along with the lady that did breakfast. We left early to find a better hotel. From the first interaction with the front desk I was disappointed and turned off. I was checking in and the lady said nothing but, put you card in the machine. She didn’t even tell me why. I had to ask! The tile floor needs to be regrouted. They have clean the floors so many times the grout is gone and the edges of the tile very sharp. I will say it was clean around the property. It seemed like there is no insulation in the walls we could hear everything the neighbors were doing. Everything!!! Very disappointing. Key Largo itself was amazing.

Amazing place, can’t wait to come back! Incredible grounds, plant life. Great B’Fast (free). Great atmosphere. Dan the Dock Guy was very nice as well. Restaurants all around! “Tourist Boats” right at your door!! Only wish they had nicer stretchy shirts!! Dawson Marine helped out tremendously with our boat, came to the dock-Cole is a super cool guy!!

Cool property, basic rooms, not 5 strar but nice and safe. We were down to fish and dive so it was perfect. Had a fund and good Tiki bar restaurant on property, boat trailer parking was free onsite.

Our stay was really good. Loved the property and the staff. Unfortunately, we did have a couple maintenance issues with the room that were resolved. Beautiful place, gorgeous views, near everything. I would definitely recommend it, and someday I might return for another visit.

Not really worth the cost.

We stayed 2 nights because we were participating in the Key 100 run. We got there the day before the race to rest but loterally all night the other hotels guests were loud and yelling. And out roon was very old and really run down looking. I guess i figured for the price it would be a little better.

Although this property was on the waterway, I found it extremely noisy because of a roadway next to it garbage trucks early morning motorcycles racing by it was not very quiet. There are two restaurants on either side of the establishment and that was nice to be able to get a drink or eat, but I noticed one of the restaurants and bars was open until late, and there was a lot of noise coming from the bar which I could even hear in my room
