We did self check in due to after hours check in. Very easy to navigate. Room was easy to find and very nice! Clean and felt “homey”. Bed is a full size, which was ok for our 1 night stay. Bathroom was very clean and provided everything you may need for your stay. Room is equipped with a small kitchenette area with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker + supplies. AC gets nice and cold and TV was big with cable also equipped with Roku so you’re able to sign into any streaming services. Area is nice and quiet and felt safe. I will definitely stay here again!

Does not have a beach as advertised- Photos here are overexposure of hard rocks, cinderblocks, and turf. Enjoyed the beach at another resort... Our ground-level room suffered water damage from the toilet anwhile before we stayed there and the wall wasn't repaired behind it. Damage simply painted over and paint was flaking off all over the bathroom. Could see black mold growing in some of the bathroom tiles. Drapes looked very dirty in the main room. Otherwise, the room was a comfortable, cool place to sleep. Front desk service was very nice and the complimentary pool towels were a plus.

It is not a terrible property but I would not stay again. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The shower was nice and big. This property is dated, and the pictures are old. The walls are thin and we were woken up in the morning to our neighbor's music thumping away. While it was clean, there were maintenance issues, broken and loose tiles, rusting on/in the fridge, and sparking outlets. Also, the parking is awful! Not enough, especially when people take up 2 spaces.

Parking was close & felt safe. I did not use the laundry service. My only issue was the random ants on the counter top in the kitchen area & in the bathroom. They did come 2xs to spray raid but I'd still randomly see them. Aside from that everything was amazing. Great customer service received !!

The pictures were a bit deceptive. The water front was amazing and the buildings were updated inside. The room was clean but I would not consider it a premium studio with water views. It was more like an upgraded hotel room.

A Little Keys Gem

Such a great little spot to relax and get the "Keys vibe." It's not the fanciest place in the Keys, but it has character and charm galore. I scuba dive, so my wife wanted a chill resort to hang out while I was diving. She loved it. They have a wonderful pier and are at the perfect place to watch the sunset over the bay. Theres a great pool and a little ramp for their kayaks. We will definitely be back.
