No smart tv or cable. Only able to see news?? I reserved 2 queen beds got 1 king and couch pull out. Very uncomfortable. I advised staff no response on reservation. I was told they had 2 remotes for TVs one to turn on one to turn channels. Only 1 remote. They advised when Maintenance staff came in at night they would send up to find remotes REALLY!! . Floors peeling up carpet trashed. I would not recommend it stay here again. Very very disappointed

The website states boat parking for 25.00. When we arrived we were told 80.00 a night. The suit is for 4 adults and yet minimal dishes.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

I booked this motel through Hotels.com for a short trip (April 11–13), and a week or two before the trip, I decided to extend by one night. Hotels.com directed me to call the property directly to make the change, so I did. The person at the motel confirmed the extra night and took my card over the phone—so I thought we were all set. When we arrived after a 7+ hour drive, we were told we had two separate bookings: one prepaid through Expedia (which I had no idea was even connected to my Hotels.com booking), and another for just one night on my credit card. I explained that I only called to extend my stay, not to book a second room, but the staff kept insisting "that’s not how it works" and pointed fingers at Hotels.com and Expedia. After a stressful back-and-forth in the parking lot, someone finally came out and said management approved us to stay and just pay for the last night. Problem solved, right? Nope. Two days later—while we were in Key West—we get a call from the motel telling us we needed to check out. We had to re-explain the entire situation again. And when we got back that night, we were locked out of our room and had to go to the office yet again to resolve it… and got charged a ridiculous rate for the night they had already agreed to. To top it off, they put us in a room directly across from one of the only bars in Key Largo that plays live music late into the night. It was so loud we

We did have an issue upon checking in (no one at counter, had to wait 10 minutes or so then person showed up outside as I was walking out of office) however, when we made this known through a review they were quick to respond. Nice view of the canal/water way

Very spacious. Front desk was a bit rude. They made a miatake and kept using the 3rd party blame when in fact it was them. They made it good but there was some back and forth until I repeated myself a few times and told her to call the manager. All good. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was nice. Separate kitchen and living space was wonderful. Bedroom was upstairs so it was quiet. Our view over the waterway was nice. Being on the second floor there was no elevator so stairs it was! Bed was comfortable. Carpet needs to be replaced with a more suitable flooring.

Very clean, the staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, it was nicely located and we appreciated that it was small and quiet. The communication from the property was great. Our unit was okay, condition-wise, but spotlessly clean. We loved having a ceiling fan. We were only there one night so didn’t have a chance to make use of the facilities. The units are narrow and a bit squeezed, but well-appointed. We knew that there would be stairs, but if it’s not obvious, please note that there are stairs to get up to the unit (so pack lightly!) and then steep stairs inside the unit. There did not appear to be ground-floor units.

Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We only stayed one night but enjoyed it. Walked to Starbucks watched the boats come in. We had dinner at Jimmy Johnson’s Big Chill on the water and it was so good, recommend !

This is a great place to stay. We had a good time. Everything was nice and clean. The washer and drier didn’t work too well. Other than that, would recommend.
