I showed up to check in and they wouldnt let me check in because they didnt want to check in anyone after 10 pm, slept in the car. place looked dirty and run down, horrible customer service and rather have their guests sleep in a car outside instead of checking them in, rude and not polite. DONT STAY HERE.

The only complaint is the restaurant/bar across the canal playing loud music. After band stopped at 11:00pm, the patrons continued to be loud until after midnight, both Friday & Saturday nights.

Not sure how known this property is/isn't, but it seemed like a hidden gem to us. Right on a channel with a lively restaurant across from it (plenty within a short drive). Nice balcony with morning- evening sun. Great for hanging out and relaxing. Large, 2 level unit…would highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay. A couple of minor things like burned out light bulbs. No big deals. The place was clean, had a comfortable bed, bright well lit batroom, and a decent kitchen. All the staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Worth the cost
Great duplex room. Some noise from the bar across the water but it quieted down before we went to bed. The young man at reception was lovely and made us some cookies!

Trouble in paradise
Roaches in kitchen. No hot water. No towels at the pool. No housekeeping. No bottled water. Trash in parking lot. Broken screen doors. Loud music and yelling from sports bar across the canal. Absent management that doesnt respond. Would not recommend.

It was very relaxing. Nice and up to date on the inside. The sleeping and living areas are separate and that was a nice touch. Balcony was perfect for mornings. It could use a wall mount for the t.v upstairs to better utilize the space on dresser. Lastly the bathroom faucets should have been entended into the sink more. Over all a lovely vacation due to Waterside. Thanks all for the great stay.
