This hotel was approximately 10 minutes away from Duval Street, requiring Uber service or use of their free trolley for all downtown activities. Hotel was under construction but they quickly accommodated our request to move to an alternative room, away from the noise. Would definitely stay again!

Nice pool and courtyard with games, good A/C, quiet rooms, and a great location. However, breakfast was a big disappointment: waited 20–30 minutes just to order, then another 20+ for food, all while workers were using loud tools just a meter away. Shower water was only lukewarm, not hot. At 2 PM, they used gas blowers in the courtyard, disturbing rest. Front desk lady was unfriendly and unhelpful, never smiled. These details made the stay less enjoyable and set the hotel apart from a truly good one.

the manager on duty was so nice and helpful his name was Adrian, breakfast was excellent, swimming pool clean, nice place to stay with family lots to do very big hotel so much to do here 3 bars, 2 swimming pools service was great, lobby clean, rooms clean, lots of towels, love the chickens walking around so nice and friendly, a little constriction going on but overall all good

Overall it was a great experience. Minor hiccup with check in, we were told 4 pm but it was a hour late because the room wasn’t ready , the shuttle was great and food was amazing! Tonya who served the morning breakfast w was so sweet and accommodating. Epitome of great customer service

The employees are not giving correct information about where to find what you are looking for. Very difficult to enjoy a smile when checking in or speaking with an employee. There are only a few employees that excel and try very hard to help you. To Management: Please do not make excuses for poor service in order to deflect an issue.
