Our room was nice and the resort was convenient for walking to almost anything. We were very disappointed that the mansion is advertised as a "Bed and Breakfast" which typically includes an afternoon happy hour and breakfast which this did not.

This was totally unacceptable. The property is in a great location but the property is in severe disrepair. The pool was NEVER attended to, there is no staff but in the bar on certain hours. No housekeeping when we stayed three days. No hot water for our showers, no towel replacement and there were only 3 customers! I had allergic reaction to the musty environment. Totally unacceptable

We booked the property because it was affordable and looked very attractive. We checked in on a monday before the wednesday hurricane. The room was nice enough. Big bed, high ceilings. Never figured out how to turn on the ceiling fan. No mgmnt on site. All by text msgs. Flyer promised food at georgies. The is no georgies that we saw. Tuesday morning, no hot water. We texted mgmnt. An hour later they responded simply asking if we still didn't have hot water. We had left to explore, so we said we didnt know. Their response was, "let us know when you get back if you still don't have hot water". Not the correct response from them. We asked for a cancelation. They said Expedia would have to call them. Expedia had already tried calling twice with no answer. Eventually the reservation was canceled and we switched to another much nicer experience. I would not recommend this property. It looks nice from the outside but leaves much to be desired on the inside.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved this property. It’s old, floors creak, rumors of ghosts, the rooms are fantastic and in keeping with the history of Key West. Things maybe old but it’s clean and well kept. It’s a graceful mansion!!

It is not a B&B as advertized!!! Not even a coffee pot in room,and the coffee at the restaurant there was $6 a cup and terrible. Sink in room was stopped up and even though the bed was comfortably it was falling apart. Could not find a person to trade out our dirty towels with so found some in a storage room and left a mountain of dirty towels in bathroom floor. It was in walking distance to everything and the property and house itself were beautiful

Property is amazing!!! Beautiful, historic, fancy, charming and couldnt ask for a better location! We found great parking the whole time and I will highly recommend this location in the future!!

Music behind our room coming from establishment behind us was so loud we couldn’t sleep. .. up until 3am because of it . Nothing could be done about it per the Curry House emergency contact as the facility had a permit to stay open until 3:30 am

The thin wood door to the roof/patio was not weather sealed and even the panels on the door had separated and let in light and hot humid air. There was only a latch on the door-no actual handle to lock it. Very loud music heard (likely from Duval Street which is very close) until 3 am. There is no staff on site to talk to. While it is a nice house in a good location it needs a lot of work and really should have some staff available some of the time.

Horrible place to stay with all the dirt and the other stuff where you can find in places that are neglected! Had ants all over the place had a chance to move on to another room but was same exact stuff. Blinds are all full of dust, black hair all over. Beds are uneven and soo worn out! I am trying to figure out the bad experience but it's just not gonna happen... I want my my money back or some sort of refund.

The Amsterdam was everything we expected. Our room was huge. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Duval was just around the corner one way and free transportation was just a block the other way. The chef created beautiful breakfast plates and the front porch was great for watching people. We will definitely be staying again.

This is the perfect location, very close to everything. We absolutely loved the little bar on the front porch and enjoyed the live music they had on Saturday night. Rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommend

Easy stay with limited frills. Perfect for a girls weekend that we wanted to be within walking distance to everything! Parking is NOT guaranteed, contrary to what i had been told. That being said there are multiple areas to park for free for Curry Mansion visitors, but it did fill up with guests. Area was clean, provided what was needed. Certainly not 5 stars, but when you’re hanging mostly around Duval street it’s perfect.

Good part - the breakfasts and the front porch rocking chairs. The BAD: bed bugs in room 108. We were both bitten towards the end of our stay. The carpet was worn and appeared dirty. There was an odd chemical smell in the whicker dresser drawers - possibly bug spray. Although we called about lack of hot water in the shower (sinks and toilet had hot water, but none in shower), the 'fix' was to draw H and C on the faucet. Temperature of water was tepid at best. After a couple of days we decided it was refreshing so didn't call again. The pool was noisy with very late at night users. Lots of dry rot in our room and the bathroom door was grimy both above and below the door handle. Plus, there were 2, what appeared to be moldy spots on the ceiling of the shower. Needless to say we won't be back nor will we recommend to any of our friends who also travel to the Keys. Very disappointed

Lovely room in keeping with vintage of the premises. Only disappointment was there were no coffee making facility. Pool was a bonus to come back to. Location just perfect
