Property was nice and quiet. Im good walking distance to most attractions which for us was great to not have to drive much. Cute and quaint. Recommend anyone going to the keys to stay at Author's guest house.

Nice stay

The property is nice, clean, and comfortable. Three of us stayed in the Williams cabin. One guest used the fold out couch and said it was comfortable enough. The bathroom is off the bedroom so the extra person had to enter the bedroom to access it. The kitchen had basic utensils, etc. The continental breakfast offered enough selections to make all of us happy. It was a nice place for the price.

Loved staying here. The owner greeted us and was super friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff always did a great job. The area is a little further from the Main Street in Key West, but that makes it more quiet and allowed us to relax.

Great little place in an emergency at the right price we stayed in the artist room it was quiet clean 2 things that could of been better but not a deal breaker first the toliet paper was to close to the toilet so you had to sit at an angle and 2nd the shower was to small and needed a hose on the shower head
