Hotel and grounds are beautiful. Room had some blemishes. Scratched table, paint chips from wall, paint on shower tiles. Staff was excellent. Facility was very clean. It was unfortunate, that there was road construction going on, not to the hotels fault. But the airplanes overhead and being so close to the airport was a bit noisy.

This property is old and very poorly kept. The carpet leading to rooms is dirty and smelled. Housekeeping did a very poor job of cleaning the room. Some staff was ok but for the most part, staff was not friendly. Would not consider staying here again.

Margaritaville stay

The rooms were VERY clean. Nice and bright with fridge and microwave. And complimentary water, which is so nice. The public areas are well kept and clean and pretty. Great music piped through!

Beautiful resort with great amenities! Airport shuttle and shuttle services to and from downtown Key West! Staff was great and very helpful! Food from the Tin Cup was terrific as well! Very convenient to beach, just right across the street. I would return to this resort again for future stays in Key West.

The staff go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and well taken care of. The convenient shuttle to town makes this location a gem- near beach and away for the hustle an bustle. Attention to details is very prevalent. Coffee station at am and cookies station at night. Bottled water is included and replenished as needed. Rooms are super comfortable and clean.

The staff was excellent. The facility was clean and up-to-date with very relaxing outdoor area and pool. Restaurant and bar was located outdoors with full service at the pool. Great food and drinks. Transportation provided to and from the airport and a central point close to Duval street. We were not impressed with the beaches but the sunset cruise and things to do was great!

This is a wonderful property. It was clean and nicely staffed with kind people. The free shuttle from the hotel to downtown Key West was awesome and so useful, some days we went into twice. The free shuttle to and from the airport was awesome as well. I would recommend this property!

A very nice location on Key West if you’re traveling with family. While it’s a bit dated, the facilities are welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff was courteous and helpful, though they were busy and it did take time to get through to them. There is construction in the area but still very easy to walk right onto a beautiful and well kept beach. The bartenders were very friendly and working really hard. The area was quieter than expected, even when they had a wedding. There were some things that could be updated but overall it was a great stay.
