Mattress and pillows needed replaced! Same sheets all week. You could hear luggage being rolled across floor constantly because you had to store it under bed. Cleaning crew did a good job with sanitation. Office crew were extremely helpful.

Our stay in the Cuba room was lovely for a first time Key West visit. The location is great, very near the iconic Blue Heaven and tucked away in a great neighborhood. The room was very nice but know that it is very small. It’s great there is parking but ask about destination fees that add up. All in all, we had a great experience here!

It was nice for 1 night. Walking distance to Duval Street and other fun areas. The room was pretty much just a bed and small bathroom. But was nice for just the night.

Check-in was easy & quick and the directions that were sent over text message were perfect. The room is small and the bathroom, even smaller, but worked for us just fine. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and we loved that drinks & coffee were made available 24/7. It was nice to have a little something to choose from for breakfast as well. The staff were polite, kind, and friendly, as well as helpful. I would definitely stay here again as it is convenient and walkable to all of Key West. It is half a block from Blue Heaven and two blocks from Duvall Street, as well as a 10 minute walk to Mallory Square for the sunset celebration. I definitely recommend staying here!

I gave 4 star just because the bathroom in our room was super extra mega tiny, super uncomfortable, we only spent one night and could handled, but not recommended for a long stay. Everything else was wonderfull, very clean, our room was ready ahead of time and the location was great.

First time in Key West & loved the location this was in. Only critique would be parking should be included in the price you pay to stay, not very easy to find parking in the area. With that being said, you can walk to most everything & don’t need a car to stay.

The room is small, but the location is great! The Caribbean House is clean and the staff is wonderful. It is extremely walkable. I would stay there again.
