The pool, bar and front counter staff are excellent. The food is good but not a great value. Housekeeping was awful. On a 5 day stay we had to remind/ask them to take care of our room repeatedly. Overall property is well maintained. Maybe it’s just the wing we’re in but the corridors were looking run down and in need of renovations. Rooms were ok, at best.

We stayed for 8 days in mid-August. The property is beautiful and historic. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a problem with our shower leaking on the bathroom floor and the solution was to give some extra towels. We were going through multiple towels to clean up the water. They stated it was a known problem. It was a major annoyance. The elevator was out for 2 days and there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night due to construction workers in the building setting it off. I realize these things can happen anywhere, but it was a lot of inconveniences for our short stay and for the price. I am glad we stayed here just to experience the magnificence of it all but we won’t be staying here again.

We had a lovely time in Casa Marina. The staff is very sweet and professional. Dinner food delicious. And general atmosphere was wonderful

The views were great! Water access was perfect! Had a lot of issues with house keeping? We stayed 8 nights and had no housekeeping 3 of those days, even after I complained the first time? No towels, washclothes, bed not made. Normal housekeeping duties were not done? After the last time I had to go speak with the front desk and they did refund me $200.00. It was something but I expected a lot more for what we paid for our stay. Staff was very polite!

This hotel is awful. There is only a limited buffet and no restaurant. The room was not cleaned and then we had to ask twice for it to finally be cleaned at night. The air conditioner in the room was the loudest I have ever heard. Nobody slept…. We had to decide between the noise of the system or the unbearable heat. The hotel should not be rated anywhere near what it is and Hilton should be embarrassed to charge what they do. Just awful.

Way too expensive to eat there, an unimpressive quality of food, on average a dinner for 2 is around $200. Everything else was okay, except for the massive cockroach we stepped on in the stair well, which we walked by the entire stay. Key west is a money grab. Everything costs way too much.
