Noisy location a building away from a loud bar with live bands. Found small cockroach babies in bathroom as two of the windows were painted slightly open with no screens. Upon arrival, the owner yelled at us that she was on teh phone taking a reservation and told us to leave the office quite rudely. Other than that, it is close to Duval and otherwise nice.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and accommodating. We stayed when the weather was cold, high of 50’s during our stay. There is no heat in the rooms so it was cold at night. Within walking distance to all activities.

Coco Plum is a great spot in Key West. Excellent location, close but away from most of the touristy stuff on Duval. Green Parrot is next door, can be kinda loud but turned fan on AC, no bother
