I rented a room that included pool view/balcony. The balcony is a deception; the chairs on the balcony sit in corners facing one another, no room to turn towards the pool. We had issues with our air within our unit and had to change rooms the last night, there was construction around the pool which was loud and created concrete dust in the air, the hot tub was closed our entire stay due to the construction, the hotel is supposedly non-smoking but for the first 3 days of our stay our floor/balcony smelled like marijuana, and the pool was closed the first day of our arrival because someone had an "accident" in the pool. Hotel very clean, but we were unfortunate during our stay.

Staff was very helpful reported to front desk that ac unit was not working properly. When we return to hotel they informed us they were going to switch our room and give us a balcony room too

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and beds were super comfy.. the staff were all so nice! The bartenders at the pool bar made excellent STRONG drinks! Love the shuttle to and from downtown, really came in handy!!!

The shuttle services offered were great. The only complaint is there is no structure to it. You may the first waiting, but could be last to get on or have to wait for the next shuttle due to people cutting in front of each other to get on. There should be a line to help keep it fair.

I did not like that coffee with breakfast was $4. I could see the free coffee bar from where I was sitting. Shouldn’t charge for the same coffee. The shuttle service to Duval Street was perfect!

The pool was much smaller than it looked in the pictures and always crowded, which was disappointing. I was also surprised by the extra charges for parking and amenities, especially since I didn’t even use the pool or any other facility—I only stayed overnight to sleep. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly, but overall the stay didn’t quite meet my expectations.
