Older hotel but kept up well. Pool was nice. Elecator broke down on day 2 of our 3 days and never got fixed. Shuttle drivers were very rude and seemed annoyed that they had to work and then tips were expected.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is a little worn, but comfortable, clean and quiet. The courtyard, pool and breakfast are a very nice amenity for this price level in Key West.

I AM NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE CLEANLENESS OF THE ROOM. FLOOR WAS DIRTY WAS NOT SWEPT OR CLEAN WHERE MY FEET AND SANDALS WERE STICKY, BATHROOMS WAS DIRTY WITH MOLD AND IT SMELLED BAD LIKE BACKUP WATER. I HAVE PICS.
