The room was in good condition. Very clean, but for the entirety of our stay we had no internet in the room. No WiFi and on top of that the room never had reception. If we were in the room we had no access to the internet. There is also constantly planes flying overhead very loudly at all hours of the day as the international airport is close by. Overall the hotel was ok the constant plane noise and zero access to the internet really were a big draw back and the main reasons for my rating.

The staff was very friendly. We had an issue in our room within a few mins of being there. One call to the front desk and we had someone upstairs fixing the problem. The tiki bar staff was efficient and friendly. This was our third time here and still very enjoyable.

The staff, property and amenities were very nice. The standout was the pool with a tiki "Cheekie" bar, beautiful palm trees and ample seating. I also enjoyed that the room did NOT have any mildew or moldy odors. Unfortunately, that is not a given in the Key West area and this property is free of that. While it is close to the airport, be prepared for very loud jets taking off and landing. Other than that, I will definitely put the HI Key West on my return list of hotels.

Super nice staff. Great shuttle service. Breakfast was meh. Location is directly at end of airport runway…. But they don’t fly early or late… hotel says beachfront but due to the busy road and sea wall, it’s not really a beach access sort of property. You have to go about half a mile down that busy road to find closest beach.

We were there during the coldest windiest wkend in years. Ocean view, 2nd floor. Top dollar room. Our bathroom vent to the roof banged in the wind all night. The staff was to fix in the morning. It required a full dismantling to repair. No comparable room to move to, we didn’t want to stay in the room for the repair. We opted to leave a day early. The hotel was a no cancellation a week prior. They refused to forgive the last nights charge. Hilton corporate tried to call but there was no answer due to being singularly staffed. Besides a very noisy airport 500 yards from the hotel parking lot. Planes at 7am til 23:00. Be AWARE.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Key West, FL. The hotel sits right by the beach and is only a three‑minute drive from the Key West airport, which made traveling very convenient. I especially enjoyed taking morning walks and runs along the shoreline just across the street from the hotel.
