Not enough staff in the food and beverage area. We were told to wait to order breakfast because the one person they had taking orders and serving breakfast was filling a huge carry out order for someone off the property. The property is far away from the old town key west.

The pool area was very pretty & clean. Enjoyed the DJ by the pool as well as the complimentary smoothies & popsicles. The rooms could be updated a bit. The front desk staff was very accommodating to all of our needs.

We enjoyed our stay at Havana Cabana! Although we weren't able to check in early and had to follow up at the desk right at our check-in time to get a room, they made up for it with property discounts and free drink coupons, which we enjoyed. Our room was clean and very nicely decorated, we had everything we needed in our room. The pool was our favorite part of the property with lots of options for lounge chairs, a great pool bar, and great service. The food was delicious, especially the conch fritters and coconut shrimp. We highly recommend!

I like everything The rooms left a little bit to be desired as some of the furniture was in disrepair other than that the state was beautiful The pool was the most outstanding part of the whole place and love the 57s out front overall I could give a solid nine

Great location, close to the airport, grocery store, and lots of shopping and food options. The shuttle service was great. I loved all the beautiful artwork and murals around the property. The food was delicious. The pool was beautiful. The hot tub was nice after a long day of walking. My only complaint is the shower had very low pressure. Would definitely stay here again.
