Friendly, comfortable and clean

Super friendly staff and a clean room. Could use a little updating but overall very nice. It’s a fairly long walk to Duval if you have any physical limitations you may need transportation. Would definitely recommend.

I would have given it better marks but we had to shower in cold water. Other guest complained and asked us if we had hot water also for a shower. It’s an old place but was very clean.

The check in was friendly and all questions answered. The room was older but surprisingly very comfortable. My husband and I both loved the bed. The property was clean and the location was great.

unresponsive, I just wasted a paycheck.

The hotel claims you must call if you will arrive after 5pm. I called daily for 3 days ahead of my trip and was never able to reach a person, so we weren't able to stay because i got to town at 5:30pm. I called hotels.com to get a refund since paying $700 for a night in a hotel that I wasn't able to access or use is absurd. So far, that refund has not been processed a month later. I understand the 5pm policy due to short staff, but I cannot understand no one answering the dozens of calls I tried at both numbers associated with the location. Can't recommend unless you'll be in town well before 5, I guess.
