Family get away

Decent size, not the service is not good for the price charged. Have to request for housekeeping. Hardly anybody who understands English the housekeeping department also book the hotel through hotels.com extra charges were levied on checking in.

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The pool was gorgeous and spacious, and the food and drinks from the bar/cafe were tasty. The only complaint we had was how loud the carts rolling by outside of our room could be heard inside our room. I think a room that is not located right next to the offices would be quieter.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Convenient location and not super busy. The weather closed the pools a few times. The shower was Hot, didn't go cooler which was preferred since we stayed at the end of summer. It was calm and we walked down to the ocean to watch the sunrise.

We likef our stay very much, location is great away from the busy aeras but still easy to get there also easy to get to grocery shopping! Only complain we have is the patio doors which are only movable by a man! Response to a complain was prompt and swift but unfortunately did not last long. The music on the poolside is for my taste to loud and annoying should be more like a background music! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!
