The staff was very nice and our room was comfortable with a small patio and beach. There were chairs and hammocks for the beach.

Parking lot is difficult to navigate and the complimentary breakfast is skimpy. The staff was nice and the room was plain but very clean. Having a place to sit right outside your room is great especially since its on sand !

OLD NOT UPDATED
Very old 1920, extremely small bathroom, NOTHING UPDATED. Doors don't seal, had a spider in the tub, sliding doors off track. Its a shame this property isn't cared for because they have a beautiful location. Advertised entertainment not available, no led night kayak, no shark feeding, nothing after 5p.

Very poor experience, with noisy air-conditioning in the wall by the bed that clonked on and off all night, the breakfast was served in paper trays and paper cups and didn’t have any of the advertised tea. We were told it was takeaway but that wasn’t as advertised, the noise in the hotel and from the adjacent areas was very loud all night such that we had very little sleep and ended with us cancelling our second night and moved on with with our holiday

The room was comfortable and the sheets were clean. However, there was sagging in the deck/walkway out front and dip in the floor in the room. It was conveniently located and had a restaurant next door. The staff at the desk was not overly friendly.

It's a cute old Florida style lodge. I loved the free shuttle to old town, the cats, the tortoises and the little beach. The restaurant next door, Stoned Crab, was very good too. Last, but not least, the staff was the best!

Not worth It
Room smelled like mildew. Shower bent in so much when I got in I thought I was going to go through the floor. Very outdated for the price. Concierge was super rude checking in. Patio/walkway up the stairs and down patio hallway to room would sink when you step. This place is about to fall apart.

Proximity to the main road made it quite noisy during heavy traffic times. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was very nice and the Stoned Crab restaurant was great and service was wonderful. The shuttle was convenient however the pick was a struggle and we resorted to a quick Uber back to the hotel. Overall the resort was excellent

Mold in are can make it hard to breathe. If you are a tourist, you may get sick when you come back home. Everything else was wonderful but the ventilation has to be inspected for mold due to the constant condensation. It doesn’t seem Serious until you have to call out for work or either spend or miss out on your money to accommodate for doctors/emergency room/pharmacy visits

Great property and restaurant. Wonderful staff. Welcoming, down to earth vibe. Location was about a 10 minute Uber ride to the downtown and beach areas. Reasonably priced and will definitely return.

I fFeel robbed! A Government hurricane watch issued a warning for Key West, Florida on Nov 5. I tried to cancel the hotel reservation on Nov 6 but the hotel manager refused any refund.

Unique, affordable property with many things to do on site! The rooms were decorated in a beach/coastal manner, and had all the basic necessities. Front desk was very nice and accommodating when we requested to check in a bit early. Overall I had a great time at the resort.
