Excellent service-the only thing I was upset with is Expedia states there is shuttle service to and from the airport there is not. The beach they advertised is not accessible.

Nice place but the room layout is very strange. We got a smaller (cheaper) room and there is a common doorway that enters into 3 doors and 3 different renters. So everytime someone comes in to one of the adjacent rooms, you hear that door slam. Staff was fantastic - free ice at the desk, and they were very friendly. Semi-aggressive pool staff - they don't like when you bring your own drinks and chill at the pool. Shuttle is free and great and takes you right downtown. You can drag a pool lounger down to water's edge and make your own little spot. Live music afternoon at the pool. Nice place and we felt lucky we got it as our previous plans fell through at the last minute. Its a bargain and close to all you need.

This property exceeded all expectations & Tommy Morales at the front desk at as amazing!! We rented a one bedroom Suite and it was incredible! They are set up like Condos. Separate dining area, living room with a large sectional with a sofa bed in it as well and a full kitchen. It was all open concept! Also a washer & dryer! It even had a half bath soon as you walked in the room. There is an entryway that requires your key and once you are in there then there are doors to two units, so it’s super safe! The pool view is amazing, if on the 3rd floor you even have a spiral staircase that goes up to a balcony to watch the sunsets. The pool is huge & there is a fair size of sand and beach. If you want to be at a true beach one of the only ones is Truman Waterfront Park; they charge like $2/person. Pack a lunch and go spend the day at the beach & there’s plenty of shade with all the palm trees & picnic tables. They also have grills & iguanas all over the rocks sunning when you first walk in before you get the large beach area. 10/10 recommend this property!

Beachside with beautiful pool that looks out on the ocean. Food and drink served right at the pool, hot tub or beach. Very clean rooms and parking close to every room. This is an amazing resort to choose for your stay in key west!

Out of 100 stars I would give this place a 99! The only thing that would keep me from giving it that last star is the cost of the drinks poolside. Ordered 2 drinks we would normally pay around $7-$10 each and was blown away when we were told the bill was $46 for two drinks….in plastic cups no less. Other than that we loved the resort. Stop in the Tavern restaurant on site and see Ramon behind the bar. He will hook you up and keep you laughing!

It was a wonderful place overall to stay. However we paid for direct access to the pool and it was not convenient to walk through. The bushes were overgrown, the path was barely a path. There was underwear on the ground that looked like it was there for a while and broken glass. Luckily no one cut their feet while walking down there the first time.The shuttle was nice, but it was only available at the top of the hour so if you missed it you have to wait another hour or take a taxi or Uber.
