Other rooms leaving Beach Towels over Patio railing Very loud 1/2 bath fan Beach is nasty. Three broken umbrella's at pool. Definatley not worth $600 or more a night.

Spacious room! We had the 1000 sq ft room. Absolutely a beautiful room with everything we need. Hourly shuttle to downtown is very helpful. The location is good for going to stock island and downtown. You can walk to quite a lot of places if you don’t mind a 10-30minutes walk. Great opportunity for walking instead of sitting in the room playing phone. We recommend this place.

We loved our stay. Restaurant and pool bar service and food were excellent. Shuttle to downtown was also great to have. Would have loved a regular coffee maker in the room and bathroom sink and tub drained slow but otherwise our group highly recommend and will be back when in the area.

They kept the $150 deposit (not the resort fee listed on Expedia) and then charged another $202 to the room with no explanation. The front desk person barely spoke the language. Total fees = $554 when Expedia says it's $200.

Be prepared for your “superior” room to have a view of an interior stucco hallway wall. Room was fairly nice but is a box with no view. Access to all rooms seemed to require a walk through a parking garage. The elevator was out in our assigned building. We later learned upon our ride back to the airport, another couple complained about the broken elevator and received a free upgrade to an upgraded room with a kitchenette, balcony and pool view. I’m old with 2 large suitcases, so a proactive upgrade would have made me a fan for life (as I don’t tend to complain much). Free hourly shuttle service is nice, but there needs to be more than one shuttle running as they filled up frequently. Need more pool lounge chairs too.
