I would have liked to have breakfast serving as well as room service. It would have been nice to have a store for essentials or vending and ice machines. There should be more shuttles because we missed several of them and had to pay a cab. The room was great except for the oversized furniture. The pool and food was also great. We did go to happy hour one day and never got served so we had to leave.

More negative than positives for the PREMIUM price

Stayed at Hotel for 5 nights and paid a PREMIUM price. First night check in was a disaster. Young man that checked us in was nice enough but knew nothing about the hotel including how to get to my room and that is not an exaggeration. I blame poor employee training. I was not informed about the fine print whereby; room cleaning was an extra charge of $50 per day. Again, I paid a BIG PREMIUM for the room. Never expected to be charged so much for normally a standard service. By the way, the room was small and nothing special, had no special view, no TV service and was OK for cleanliness. Some pluses, Tavern and restaurant was OK with friendly service. Pool was nice, clean and accommodating. Bottom line, I would never recommend this hotel in the future.

The room was nice but not comfortable at all. Too cramped. Our room di dn't have nightstands. We have never experienced this before. We had to put our phone and drinks on the floor by the bed. Not able to charge the phone by the bed. The beds were too small to sleep two as claimed. The beds was just a little bigger than a single. 2 pillows side by side didn't fit. No tissue paper.

We got there has no remote, asked for one daily and Finally got one night before checkout. No cleaning service for our WHOLE stay. Horrible making of the parking area so much so husband tripped and broke his foot. Then of course there is no available ice machine so her ice for his injury was virtually impossible. Also no elevators were available for our area so he had to do stairs with broken foot.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The heated, spacious pool was a highlight, and the shuttle to Old Town was very convenient—an airport shuttle would’ve been a great addition. The room and bed were comfortable. Downsides: no swimmable beach which was a bummer, no ice bin (but they’ll bring a whole bag if you ask), and the restaurant was pricey with limited breakfast options.

Great location close to downtown.

Very clean and comfortable room. Love the option of a restaurant on site and the shuttle downtown. Pool was great. Hot tub jets didn’t work and we reported it but they were not fixed before we left.
