The room was a little small, we stayed in a King bed room. The facilities were clean and up to date. Unlike many hotels in Key West, Beachside had a privat beach area where you could relax in the sand, on the water. There was a shuttle that ran on the hour to Duval Street. The pool, pool bar, and staff also exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The room was nice/updated. Regardless of this, roaches are unacceptable. The grounds were mixed with other properties and it was difficult to decipher which buildings were part of which properties.

Pool area had a very pretty view of the gulf and the facilities were very well maintained. Pool bar was great and the food was surprisingly excellent. If they would only invest a little in landscaping it would be truly beautiful. All the gravel surface takes away from it. Gave a bad first impression. Very impressed that our room facing Roosevelt Blvd was SOUNDPROOF ❤️ Bed was too soft though. Staff was all EXCELLENT- from front desk to bartenders, waitstaff and housekeeping.

For the price of a signature room I would have expected more. There is no maid service unless you pay extra. You have to remove your own trash and ask reception or on the app if you need more towels. we made our beds for the 4 nights we were there. If we had stayed for 7 nights would we have had a change of bedding at all? None of this was mentioned before we arrived. Most of the staff appeared very unprofessional for a hotel of this calibre,more suitable for an events club. Ivan at the pool stood out for his attentiveness as did the shuttle drivers, which was an excellent service. Also the sunbeds are very old and uncomfortable and should be replaced, however the food at the pool bar was very good and reasonably priced

Beachside was a good location for our visit to Key West. The room was tiny and never expected two twin + beds. There was no way four people can fit in this room. The pool & hot tub were good size and temp but the hot tub jets don’t work.
