Location is what saves it.

Staff was very nice. Hotel is nice. Under some construction. But they are trying. Tent for food service was good. They made it work. Front lobby needs a little pizazz. Classical music and an empty lobby with a coffee table corner. Ehhh. Hiding the concierge in elevator corner. I’d move her up front lobby. She very nice. FYI. Pool. Is ok. It gets you wet. Cart for bar service. Again the staff there was very nice. Our first time kids. I’d stay here pinch and it would be for the location.

Great place in key West. Close to all the attractions. Carnival ship docking port right by the hotel. Hotel was neatly built with lower level shopping. Breakfast outside in the tent was fabulous.

One of the best locations in Key West. Downside during our trip was renovations going on, but the property will be even nicer when the renovations are complete. Also the cruise ships are kind of a pain.

Top spot in Key West

Lovely two night stay. Helpful staff, nice rooms, great amenities (robes, slippers, rain ponchos, cold bottled water, coffee/tea). Fabulous location —close to Duval, Gulf/sunset and harbor. Very walkable and safe. Loved their restaurant on Sunset Key that comes with boat transportation. Just book early to get a reservation.
