The location was great & the room we booked was a really nice surprise. Clean & well stocked with towels & toiletries. The night staff were excellent! Super friendly & helpful. The day staff were not as welcoming. Maybe they were just having a bad day but they could be more welcoming & more helpful. They were kinda grouchy to be honest. Otherwise everything was great!

I've been to KW severals times and avoided this property though it tended to be low cost. This time I stayed there, got a private room. I found it nice. Pools clean, the room quite small but adequate. Good location. I could walk from the Ferry to the room. Duvall and harbor area were close (10 to 15 minutes) but not too close which is good for the noise. Bob's Restaurant was a block away and had great happy hour 5-6. The grounds had several pools and a hot tub. People were friendly. I couldn't get in at 12 but got my room by 3. I'd recommend it, but noise like any other place in KW is possible.

At 7:00am, several construction contractors arrived at the hotel and sat outside on our porch and began talking. They were very loud and didn’t care who they were bothering. At 7:45am, they began carrying their tools and materials up and down the stairs into the room above us. Very disruptive. If a hotel customer is paying $450 a night, there should be no construction starting before 10am. Unacceptable

Our stay had some major issues. The room had broken handles, and the shower had a see-through window that could not be covered , making privacy a concern. The photos online were misleading—they showed three separate beds, but we arrived to find bunk beds instead. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the pools were very nice and conveniently close to the hot tub. We also appreciated the peaceful, kid-free atmosphere. Overall, everything was great except for the room itself, which was a big disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend unless they update their listings and fix the room issues!
