This hotel was a surprising gem. All day Starbucks-awesome! The choice of lounge areas and pools-exceptional. We would have liked a little sitting area near our bedroom. It needed to be explicitly stated that it was simply sleeping quarters as we almost didn’t have room for luggage. We needed a full length mirror in the unit. Breakfast needs more of an upgrade than over-boiled eggs and cereal. Overall it wasn’t fussy and gave us what we needed.

I book for 6 people each one was extremely happy with the stay . Our room was clean beds ,pillows very comfortable. Check in to check out staff was helpful and nice . Front desk having amazing coffee ,tea hot chocolate, cold water available 24 hours a big plus .Breakfast had lots of options and was very enjoyable every morning. Each one of us plan to return. Thank you so much for having such a hidden gem available to travelers

Floors were warped. Breakfast was mediocre with little variety. The pool area was nice, but after one night some people left it trashy. Staff were kind, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Not too bad for the price

Not what was promised nor expected.

Cons: Communication non-existent prior to check-in. Recorded message essentially saying “we’re so busy helping other customers, we can’t take your call, leave message and we’ll call you back “ Tried before end of stated check in to assure reservation. Got there and was charged additional $45 bs fee for essentially nothing. Hotel ad said free bottle of wine for all guests. Denied by security, denied following morning by front desk. No complimentary breakfast available within stated times. Room had 1 set of towels for 3 people. No additional available. Blinds broken and unusable. TV mounted crooked. Parking over a block away. Worst part BUGS in bathroom, on dressers, probably in luggage. Would have left but had no other stay options at that point. Pros: Beds comfortable, location good, 50% of staff friendly (yet ineffective)

Us Mom and Son‘s trip. First night we were in room 521, I think, that had two bunkbeds and a single, room for five, very spacious with a private bathroom. Second night we ended up in room 324 two bunks rooms, very cramped , Not as nice as the 521 room. Room 324 needs some TLC. Pools are nice, properties beautiful, would definitely come again. Saturday and Sunday night was both $139 each night plus tax and hotel fees. No parking on property. Two blocks from the dry Tortuga ferry.
