This was a great find for our trip to key west, the resort offers free shuttle rides into key west and they offer the best on site events or activities with available kayaks, bikes, golf carts, and so much more. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. And the decks were very nice facing the ocean, although there are no privacy screens between decks, so you have to get a bit cozy with your neighbors if you feel like enjoying the outdoors during your stay. Overall a great place and great service.

The overbooked the suite I had booked. I checked in at 3:30pm. It was the first time we were traveling with our 6 month old baby. Victor checked us in and didn't tell us but gave us a base room we didn't book. It didn't have the space we needed nor the microwave we needed to sterilize our baby bottles or the crib. We wasted our evening getting in touch with management and eventually getting those two things. The first floor balcony door didn't lock but how much more could we complain. The second day they moved us into the right room. This is not the way to waste two days of your vacation. The rest of the people were kind and good. But I would never come here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Their business practice of overbooking and screwing over customers is not worth the risk of messing with your vacation.

Overall the resort was lovely. Room was average. The shower contained mold which always is a negative for me. Asked twice to have our balcony door locked to be fixed and be able to lock our door. They tightened the handle but the door still didn’t lock. A bit uncomfortable leaving my balcony door unlocked all day and night. Limited food selection on site. Check in was a bad experience as the staff was unfriendly and made me feel like I was not welcome. He may have smiled at me once. The outside was beautiful and the resort was lovely to walk around. Didn’t use the pools but they looked nice and well kept.

I enjoyed my stay here, it was close to the airport however I didn't realize it was not within walking distance of what I wanted to see (that was my fault), they do have a shuttle that leaves every hour and drops you in front of the brewery and that same shuttle brings you back to the hotel. They also have bikes, scooters, and golf carts. Spent much my time lounging in the sun either on my balcony or outside, at night there was live music to enjoy. I ate much of my meals at the yellowfin which was a bit pricey but the staff was so nice and helpful. The hotel marketplace could maybe have a bit more items for purchase such as feminine product, overall I would stay here again.
