The staff was great! This is our 2nd time staying here however we had a completely different experience this time. The air conditioner was not working correctly. I'm not sure if it was the actual unit or the controller. We had to get a fan from the front office. Also, the bed (king) was horrible. It was extremely uncomfortable.

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good for a quick start to the day, with omelet station. Price competitive, and a simple walk to the heard of all the action in downtown key west. We enjoyed the morning stroll to all the Key west area attractions and restaurants.

Staff was courteous. Housekeepings was very helpful when I had forgotten to bring some toiletries items. Room was clean. Front desk staff were very helpful. Omelette station was a nice addition to the complementary breakfast. The hotel was quiet for most part with a nice small pool area. Only one night we experienced very loud people in the room above that seemed to move furniture until 1 am but otherwise peaceful.
