Parking was inconvenient to the room location. Hardly any water pressure in the shower and no exhaust fan. Check-out time is 11am....had hospitality knocking at 9:30am and 10:30am trying to clean and do turn over

We felt welcomed on arrival and were given an excellent summary of the area with tips and recommendations. Parking was easy, but not close to our accommodation. Very good location close to many key attractions, and a stop on the free bus loop. Nice pool. Room was compact, but clean with a decent sized bathroom. Nowhere to store or place bags off the floor. Shower was rather weak and needed a shelf near the sink. Bed felt a little old and sleepers rolled together a bit. Breakfast was basic packaged items taken in the room. Understood that the location attracts a higher price, but for around $220 a night these things whould probably have been better.

Parking is complicated. very few spots. The showerhead is not pleasant. the water flow is low. a molt spot on the wall by the sink the floor, all over the room and bathroom, needs a major cleaning with some chlorine.

We have always loved this place however it must be under new management. Blanket had hair on it / Shower had hair in it. Carpet on steps to bathroom was filthy/ Black. Staff is fantastic and kind.

Location was a dream! Duval is a simple 5min walk, Tipsy Rooster made WONDERFUL drinks with infused liquor, convenience store across street truly was convenient. The Sourhern Most Piunte was a comfortable 5min walk. Location and price point were excellent. Will return again!
