Looks like a hotel or resort from outside but it is Econolodge like motel. The resort fee was there but no services. Room floor was not mopped properly. Given the location, overall it was not bad, relaxing environment.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Don't be guided by the photos. They don't match the reality of the hotel. The rooms are dirty, especially the bathroom, which smells like mold, and the toilets don't flush properly. The cleaning staff picked up the trash but left the bags inside the room; they never took them out. There is no breakfast area or dining room, just a food truck. You have to order food from the bartender, and you have to eat around the bar. They don't offer hot drinks; to have a hot drink, you must go to Starbucks, which is inconvenient and provides poor service to guests. The hotel should have a dining room for guests because not all people feel comfortable eating outside without any comfort. The quality of the food is terrible.

For a Renovated hotel it was awful. Blinds or phone didn't work in the room. Got a new room (not a king size bed) lock on door didn't work and both rooms TVs didn't go down pass 14 or 15. Walls were thin so you can hear noise from both rooms. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Our Hotel Room Did Not Have A Desk, Nor Did It Have Very Much Horizontal Surface. I Simply Don't Understand How A Hotel Room Can Go Without A Desk. I Had No Place To Set Up My Laptop Or Write Anything Down. Even Value Priced Hotel Rooms Have A Desk. In My Opinion, It Is A Terrible Idea To Have A Hotel Room Without A Desk. Everything Else Concerning Our Hotel Room Was Just Fine, But Again No Desk! This Really Annoyed Me.

The property is okay and obviously newly renovated. The pool area and the bar is very nice. The lady in the bar Kerina is superb. The only downside we experienced was the check in process. The reception young guy named Sumi, i think, has no welcoming personality. He doesnt excert any effort to explain nor keep us from getting frustrated. We booked 2 rooms with breakfast. He said buffet breakfast us currently unavailable and we will get credit of $25 per guest for this. Anyway to make a story short. The lady at the bar , Kerina, was the one who were able to help us to have our breakfast to the neighboring hotel Hilton instead which is apparently sister company of Gates . I understand maybe hes new, but he needs to clarify it the more senior staff before he gives wrong info to the guests.

I was not offered any VIP amenity, I had received an email earlier and reached out by sending two emails to the hotel ( but no response) , There was some sort of Party being held the night we were there so even though I had to pay to park at the hotel i was staying at, I drove around for over 1/2 an hour to find a parking spot, seemed a bit strange.
