The resort serves its purpose. Staff is awesome. They can use new linen and towels. Streaming options would be great and longer hours for the pool. The site states room service but it’s not offered. Overall we enjoyed our stay because it’s close proximity.

This resort is great. The pool the beach and the staff just amazing. But do not eat at the four Marlins. $150. 00 for Lobster mac and cheese and Chicken Milanese was uneditable and i mean uneditable. When i mentioned it to one of the servers they said that the chef was off . They apologize for the bad experience and the Chef did write an apology note to us along with a cheese plate and Keylime pie which was very good. But for the prices they are changing for the food there is no real excuse for uneditable food. Chef on site or not. But other than that a really great place.

The Reach Hilton Resort was excellent. The staff was professional and took care of our every need. The location was accessible to everywhere we wanted to go whether it was by walking or a quick uber ride. Even with only one working elevator at times we hardly had to wait. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a wonderful resort and location. Quick ride from the airport. Only thing that was a little not so nice. Is the pigeons and their poop on beautiful gazebos Dock & around outdoor dining at resort. I suppose it’s nature and maybe can’t be really fixed, but a little less of them would have been better. That being said it is still a wonderful hotel.

Tropical paradise within your Reach

Staff friendly and so accommodating! My wife somewhat particular about view from room; Phiwe and her colleague guided us to the perfect room overlooking pool and, a few feet beyond, the sandy beach. Lots of extras and you are able to walk over to sister property Casa Marina and hang out there too. Near Duval and all the stuff there...
