Could use a microwave in room, bathroom needed updated, parking should be included with the price, not extra. The 8 o’clock breakfast time is ridiculous. It should be 6am or 6:30 at the latest.

I made my reservation 6 weeks prior to arrival and was given a room with rotting floorboards and peeling paint. I checked in and paid prior to getting a key, when I came back, there was nobody at the front desk. I had to go to the kitchen to find someone.

We had bugs all over our room! When we asked for a different room the guy told us he was told to just sweep up the bugs and change the bedding. We had to spend $500 for a new room at a hotel next door. When we talked to the manager the next morning all he offered was a partial refund for the night and then move us to a new room. The hotel wouldn’t even discuss any further refund or reimbursement with Expedia. We will not be back!

Needs to be updated. The furniture and fixtures are old, and looks like came out of a Salvation Army store. The bedroom TV did not work. Breakfast was okay. The mattress was very comfortable. About $9.00 Uber to downtown. Very little water pressure in the shower. No telephone, so no wake up call. I booked a room with king bed and sofa. The rooms were large. One night, mid week.

It took 3 times of me asking before our got cleaned ! It was supposed to be cleaned the second day there. Our garbages were full and we had a ask for more towels. Then when it was cleaned they didn’t refill Kleenex , cups etc…. Remote control was on the floor which was dirty still ! Disappointed.
