The place is an older building with small rooms. The best thing is the convenience to Duval Street and Southernmost point.

This was a lovely adults only resort with a nice pool and hot tub. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. Our suite opened up to the pool terrace. They serve a nice breakfast in the morning. It’s walkable to anywhere and is around the corner from Duval. Will be returning!

Perfect location for walking and seeing the sites in Key West! You can walk out for a night on the town (dine in beautiful restaurants, have drinks and listen to your favorite live artist perform, go to an art gallery, shop) and then, easily walk back to your room. The person who checked me in was amazing (sorry I forgot her name)- she assisted me with restaurant, site seeing and parking recommendations.

Don’t let the exterior fool you. This place is utilitarian at best. Upon arrival, met with front desk personnel whom would rather engage in personal conversation with staff and make you wait.Our room, right on the street was noisy. We hardly slept. The wood floor is black with dirt which in turn made our feet black which in turn made our sheets black They don’t mop the floors in between stays that’s obvious. They have staff monitoring the dining room while you’re eating breakfast Location was good, hotel average. Staff is slow and sluggish and on their phones a lot.

Have stayed here a few times now and enjoy it. Great location on the quiet side of Duval. Some things need updating/repairs but over all it’s a very nice property. There are 2 pools and a fair amount of outdoor space. Will stay here again

Really nice place and wonderful location. Happy hour was great with good wine and cheese. Maintenance didn’t care that the hot tub didn’t work and kept saying it was on a timer (which didn’t work).

We had the BEST time at the Southernmost Inn in Key West!!! I’m not sure what any of the negative reviews are talking about. The staff was so kind, the inn was very clean, and the location is more than ideal. It is on the quieter side of duval, but steps away from the action! The pools are very nice. Love the ambiance of the whole place. Nice free wine and cheese happy hour. We will most likely stay here next time we visit! Thanks!

The property was ok. The rooms Needs updating, the floors were sticky, with no rugs or area mats in the room. The wall unit AC automatically comes on every 10 minutes without being able to adjust it. For the rates this hotel charged, one would expect a better and more updated hotel.
