Room was good. Bed is comfortable. The pull out couch was terrible. No air the first night but we were all comfortable. The next night they turned the air conditioning really low. We were all cold. No thermostat in the room. The location is great, So is the pool. Pretty good breakfast served till 10, and a great breakfast place next door for us late risers. It’s old and it showed in the bathroom floor and shower. I rate it high because for the price I don’t think you can do any better in such a great location

The room was very small not much space besides a bed and bathroom. Wouldn’t have been that bad but the room had no ventilation and smelled moldy from moisture. The window ac unit was also very loud and made it difficult to sleep. Would highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Such a special & quirky inn. Very nice rooms with great amenities!! We loved discovering the many different ways to get around the grounds. The Happy Hour every evening is very nice.

Really chill place with pools and hot tub partially shaded by tropical trees and palms. Along with historic Key West style inn, has a great vibe. Only a block or so from Duval Street, Hemingway. Good breakfast and happy hour. Had a bare bones room (attic suite) and it was just that but never in my room anyway.

Positives: great location on a street that's quieter than usual for Key West, lovely outdoor landscaped area with two pools, a hot tube and picnic tables, nicer than average continental breakfast including fresh sliced fruit, comfortable bed. Negatives: Because the weather was unusually cold during our stay, the room was damp, the floors were slick with condensation and our clothes soaked up the moisture. We learned that, as is typical for nearly all bed & breakfast style lodgings in Key West, no heat is provided. When nighttime temperatures dropped into the 50s, we were uncomfortably cold especially due to the damp. If we return to Key West, we'll probably elect to stay in lodging with central air - BOTH air conditioning and heat!

Check in was ok. Clerk was a little frosty at first but warmed up. Smallish room for the price, but balcony was great, good music playing poolside is nice (and nicely heated pool-weather was cold). Good shower. Didn’t use the A/C cause it was so cold. Comfy bed. Breakfast was typical continental.
