Absolutely the BEST place to stay in Key West. Owners are local and available whenever needed. THEY are there WORKING which makes all the difference in the world because they care the most about their guests. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were home. The above and beyond’s were what impressed us the most. Free water all day by the pool. Guest laundry. A “continental” breakfast with everything you could imagine. Free happy hour 4-5. A bottle of wine at check in …. The list goes on. All things that didn’t have to be done and still this would have been exceptional. Heather and Kevin thank you. You nailed it. You should teach other owners how to do it right.

From the start, the owners treated us like kings and queens helping us with a room upgrade, breakfast and a happy hour daily. Very accommodating and friendly. Not a chain type business but owner occupied. The location was 1 block from Duval Street which was easy. Could not have been any better.

Quiet and peaceful.

This was a GREAT place to stay! The proprietors were friendly and the room was wonderful. We had the pool and hot tub just outside our door. Continental breakfast, free snacks and sodas all day and then a free happy hour. What more could you ask for?! Will definitely be back!! Almost forgot .. Kevin made shots of the day to start happy hour every day too!

Key West Villas is one of the best places to stay in Key West! It’s located in a quiet area right off Duval, but is centered so it’s a 15 minute walk to either end of Duval street. It’s right in the heart of Old Town. Both the Duval Loop and Fausto’s grocery store are a block away, making everything super convenient. The Villas are cute and cozy. They have everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay-from a washer and dryer on site to beach towels and chairs to mimosas in the morning and happy hour from 4-5pm. Kevin and Heather were wonderfully sweet and super accommodating, always asking if we needed anything. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. So if you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Key West, this is it!
