Check in went okay but it was someone new and didn't know a lot of the questions I was asking. Room was nice and comfortable and clean. However, the entrance to the parking lot really needs to be repaired before it damages a car or someone trips.

Bed was clean and comfortable. However, facilities in general was a little dingy though mostly serviceable. My room had a broken wall lock, so I used the deadbolt and a chair in front of the door. The staff also told me my room number out loud, which I never love as a solo female traveler. Overall, it got the job done.

Sheets had stains. Floors were dirty. Bed was very uncomfortable. There was a person above us aggressively pacing from midnight til 2am. No staff at desk & no one answered the phone to provide assistance.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my stay at 3 Peaks Lodge on June 28. We arrived at 5:45 PM for check-in before a 7 PM event. Check-in starts at 4 PM, but when we walked into the lobby, it was chaos. One group was yelling about how dirty their room was before storming out. Another couple said they had been waiting over an hour to check in because their room still wasn’t ready. The only staff member, Chris, was clearly overwhelmed and said there was just one housekeeper for the entire property. He was cleaning rooms himself. When it was finally our turn, he told us our room wasn’t ready either and asked us to come back later. We told him we didn’t have time—we needed to shower and change. He promised to have it done in 15 minutes. After nearly 40 minutes, we checked on the room. He said he would vacuum while we were gone. We were shocked! unacceptable: the floor was absolutely filthy, the counters were sticky with sauces and crumbs, the mirror was splattered, the sink had residue, the bathroom had a puddle, and the curtain rod was bent. Chris admitted construction workers had stayed there. Sheets and towels seemed clean, so at that point, we had no other choice but to stay. The next morning, I spoke to another staff member, showed her video, and explained the whole story. She was appalled, said “I’ve seen enough,” and promised to forward everything to the manager. I'm still waiting to hear back, but I absolutely expect a refund or some form of compensation for this experience.

We came over around 10am and there was no one at the lobby, we left and came back again at 5:30, still no one at the reception and we were told there is only one person that now clean rooms to other guest. Finally he arrived and said he need to clean our room… that was absurd and when we entered the room it was not very clean, not good smell, and broken furnitures. As we were very tried after long hike, we stayed, otherwise we would have left. I do not blame the person that was there, he did the best he could and apologized, but to have an hotel with one person do all when guest are coming (there were other guest waiting also) is terrible management.
