Got locked out of our room at 9:00 a.m. Saturday. No one available for 3 hours. Got a voicemail for the phone number to call- couldn't leave a message. The room was old and didn't feel clean. I would not stay again.

Amazing family owned hotel. Yes its dated but very clean and they are updating little by little. Will stay everytime we are in Keystone. Any negative reviews are due to those peoples expectations being too high and or their are just privileged.

The housekeeping/ employees knocked on my door at 1030pm, 630 am and 730 am even though I put the do not disturb on the door. The hotel was very run down and smelled like mold. I turned the shower on and almost pulled the knob out of the wall. The temperature did not get cool enough to sleep and was very hot even though I put the a/c on. I was very dissapointed in the experience at this hotel with all of the issues and do not care to repeat my stay.
