Excellent hotel!
What a great little hotel! Very clean, soft bed, free breakfast , doggy friendly and close to the resort. The only downside was limited parking but Hyatt did a great job with valet! The rooftop hot tub was excellent with a gorgeous view of the slopes! If your looking for a little R&R this is it! Will def stay there again!

Excellent location to ski A-Basin as the free bus has a stop in front of the building. Keystone is very close but we didn’t go there. Limited self parking but valet is complementary if no self parking spots are available. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good for the value. Would stay here again.

I used to love this property. I used to take my family every year. But I'm thinking no more. My family arrived late, there was no staff to help to check in quickly. They said they do have valet parking services. They did not do valet. I literally parked in front of the entrance. They called that as valet parking. Lack of staff, lack of customer services, and lastly, there were dirty towels in our room.

Loved the property, although one hot tub was not working and many people wanted to use hot tubs. We were only able to get in one night. The hotel is clean, quiet, staff is fantastic. We went to celebrate a 70th birthday, and had a wonderful time. Beautiful area. We want to go back.

Appropriately priced. Very nice and helpful staff. A few divy bars and a great take-out pizzeria are within 100 yards of property. Great location near central keystone mountain although parking spots are limited.

The place was close to Keystone. The lobby, hallways and room were clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and there was a variety of pillows. Breakfast was your usual hot breakfast fare and was well stocked and attended. The one downside was the noisy heater in the room which woke my daughter up at 1 am who then kept the rest of us awake until 4am.
