Roadside Motel 6 — will never stay here again.

This hotel has filthy rooms, it felt like a roadside Motel 6. I had high hopes bc the lobby was nice and it’s called a Spa. This hotel’s condition is worthy of being condemned

They no longer have valet you have to park across the highway. No microwave in your room. Other hotels in the area have the same size rooms with microwaves and fridge and free continental breakfast at lower prices. Everything here is a charge. The only good this is the bus route is infront of the hotel. But all buses in Keystone/Dillon are free all over town.

The property was OK in condition and presentation. The pool and the hot tubs were not working correctly and so that had a impact on the overall enjoyment of the stay. The on-site restaurants were pricey for what you received and the food quality was average.

The rooms are very nice. The staff was very friendly. They no longer offer on call shuttle service to the mountain so you do need to use the buses which run every 30 minutes. The hot tub is adequate but barely. There is only one for the whole complex and the jets were not working, there are no hooks etc for towels and it could be a little hotter.

Years past, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Keystone Lodge. We were surprised to learn upon arrival that there is NO LONGER a shuttle service to the mountain. The pool and hot tub area was UNSAFE. The long walk around the pool to the hot tub was covered in thick ice. We witnessed another guest fall on the ice as she exited the building and stepped into the icy concrete surrounding the pool. The hot tub was like warm at best. The jets did not work. The lack of basic safety and maintenance is NOT acceptable. We were disappointed, especially compared to previous positive experience.
