Our cabin was really nice and set on top of a little hill with a beautiful view of the mountain and trees. Its not the newest and shows a bit of age, but they had every convenience you need and the temperature in the room was very comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels, but I slept real well on this firm bed. It is a little North of the main street, but it seems too noisy out there, and this cabin isn't far at all, so I would choose this place again. It is a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids, but 4 adults might be a stretch.
We had dinner here and it was all delicious. I had the apple gorgonzola salad, which was a generous serving and very fresh. The kona ribeye was very good and tender. OMG, the sweet potato casserole was awesome! My son's mashed potatoes were the creamiest we have ever had. We also got to try a shish kabob that had big chunks of bison, elk, and venison. I really appreciate the staff, here. Management was so gracious to accommodate our late arrival and did it with a smile. Our waiter was very helpful with choices and so friendly. Wonderful stay! Next time I will have to try their orange chicken because so many locals were ordering it!
