Facility is due am upgrade. Notified front desk about a wasp problem near third floor entry. Attendant was unconcerned and said they couldn't do anything about it. They also need to change the coffee they use. We even heard other guests commenting on how bad it was.

Other than being convenient to local attractions, the property needs alot of upgrades to make it more than 2 stars. The total property needs a major remodel. Parking is a nightmare. Spaces are small and difficult to maneuver mid to large vehicles. There are much nicer properties in the Keystone area. I will not stay in this property in the future.

Room was adequate, a little tired but suited our needs. We had some fuzzies from our clothes get on the carpet which were never vacuumed the whole time we were there. Noise travels easily from other rooms and the pool area. We weren't close to the pool but sure heard the kids at night using it.

The hotel location is great, and the hotel is ok. Parking is a challenge. The ramp up to the second level parking is short and steep. You can see that many vehicles have scraped the underpart of their vehicle when going down the ramp. We won't stay here again because of the parking.
