We had a room on the first floor and no one told us that we had to go through the parking garage to get to our door (it's an outside door). We had to park between the support poles which was a very tight space. Also when I had a question there was no one at the desk and I had to call someone to come to the desk.

Facility is due am upgrade. Notified front desk about a wasp problem near third floor entry. Attendant was unconcerned and said they couldn't do anything about it. They also need to change the coffee they use. We even heard other guests commenting on how bad it was.

Other than being convenient to local attractions, the property needs alot of upgrades to make it more than 2 stars. The total property needs a major remodel. Parking is a nightmare. Spaces are small and difficult to maneuver mid to large vehicles. There are much nicer properties in the Keystone area. I will not stay in this property in the future.
