Attentive staff and welcoming. Room was good size with comfortable bed, good views from the south side of the hotel however at time of stay construction site at the north side out the balcony at time of review. Good breakfast options.

The Ramada Downtown is in an amazing location with incredible views. The room was perfect for a family. The pool and gym were both great. Also, a fabulous breakfast with a lot of choice. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely return.

We booked three rooms at Address Dubai Mall for our family from 1–5 July and were moved across to Address Downtown. Whatever concern I might have had about the change disappeared within about ten minutes of walking in and what followed was honestly the best hotel service I have experienced anywhere. Kero and Maria at the front desk set the tone at check in. Warm without being performative, sharp on every detail, and somehow able to make a group of five feel like the only guests in the building. Shahid at the concierge was exceptional every request however small, handled with a quiet competence I found genuinely impressive. Vishnu on valet remembered us, remembered the car and made every arrival and departure feel effortless. And the Egyptian gentleman managing the operation .. I'm embarrassed I did not catch his name, and I hope he sees this .. you can see his hand in everything. It is not accidental that a team runs this well. That is leadership. Three rooms, my mother, my aunt, and my cousins at no point did any of us feel like a reservation number. We felt like guests of a family. That is genuinely rare, and I do not say it lightly. To Kero, Maria, Shahid, Vishnu, and the manager Thank You. You made this trip unforgettable for us.

Great staycation, recommend half board option, food was delicious and abundant. The premier lounge is convenient but a bit restricted in food and drinks timing and dress code etiquette. The spa facilities are a must. I wish the pool had a pool bar. My very spacious room, which I loved, had a huge Bath tub, tub salt and bubbles are not provided.

Good location, beautiful swimming pool area and views. Spa facilities and gym could be better.
