Low cost value for money. Rooms with twin beds available. Will continue to book when passing through Shepparton. Freshly painted throughout. Rooms are small. Glass doors open onto well maintained lawn area with pool beind. Do miss the microwave.

Very hard to get in touch with staff. Didn’t see any staff on our two day stay. Extremely loud property (which is due to location) Pool had algae on the bottom. Very tired accommodation- fine if you are desperate for a place to sleep.
