The floor was dirty. The doona was on the floor. We couldn’t stay and asked for the money back. We hope that we will get the refund.

Check-in was a little prolonged as the bar staff check you in and it was a busy Friday night. It was a very clean room in a quiet secure part of the hotel with a comfortable bed. The only downside was that there were no powerpoints we could access in the room - only some in the hallway. Obviously it is quite an old building but my husband needed to charge his computer for work the next day as he had a meeting with colleagues in US. I needed to leave early for my makeup job the next morning but we had no key to get back into the building and noone was around so my husband had to stand at the main door holding it open to make sure we didn’t get locked out. Otherwise, the pub itself has a really nice atmosphere and if I wasn’t getting up early next day, would have definitely hung around for a drink and listen to the live music. I think it was very reasonable for the price we paid.
clean and great bed so all okay but room facilities ... weird set up and very very basic .Tv on side wall..not visible from bed ... no seats to sit on then to watch it .... only one channel tuned in to watch... no bedside lamp so only main light to see anything...
Was worst place ever stayed . No bathroom in rooms , no power points for charging . Toxic paint smell , had to leave really early as was unbearable , cockroaches as big as mice . Not worth 185$ , don’t stay here .
Needless to say- it’s beyond no star - no offensive but it could be better than that..
Not even wanted to be there for second- leave as soon as saw the condition..
Wasted money booking with Whatif website..
Will not trust Whatif website ever..

For what it was the room was clean and fresh. Public Areas need an upgrade although clean. The man behind the bar and the lady on check in were committed to their positions.
