the hotel was really lovely and well presented the friendliness from all staff was excellent and the help provided by them haven't been to that area before and would go back the food was really good to enjoyed the stay

Average!

Stayed with friends for two nights, location excellent for getting into Oxford. Pleasant staff and brilliant breakfast. Room was clean and first impressions very good but no shower in the luxury bathroom and no milk with the tea making facilities. No billing and sign off with meals and bar service unless requested and disappointed that bar sales closed at 9.30pm with only a 20 minute warning. Overall nothing horrendous but sadly wouldn’t repeat.
