Exceptional circumstances
I have stayed at this hotel before and was very pleased . On this occasion the room wreaked of cigarette smoke and early morning I was awoken by a very noisy film crew who literally had taken over the hotel. Exceptional circumstances I hope and next time we will be back to normal.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful: from recommending a reliable taxi service app to helping me find an open restaurant nearby at 12am, from exceptional daily housekeeping service to cooking my breakfast in advance due to my early check-out. The hotel is clean, well-maintained and the staff take all required COVID-19 prevention measures. Great location and great value for their price.

its like going back to royal times or medieval. very cute decorations we stayed at a suite with an old royal feel. We liked it and it was walking distance to a lot of restaurants( just walk down hill)

Ι stayed at Royal Olympic hotel 3 nights. This hotel is really ''value for money'' hotel. In my opinion one of the best in Kiev. 300 metres from the central, within a very safe area, amazing staff (receptionists, cleaners, restaurant staff) all of them very decent and helpful. They even served us when we wanted things which were not included in the booking. When I go back to Kiev I will definitely stay there. '
