Le code d'accès à l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. Aucune aide de la réception. Après avoir demandé de l'aide au no de téléphone inscrit dans notre réservation, le 2e code a bien fonctionné (après 30 à 45 min.) Logement vaste, propre et tranquille dans un secteur assez achalandé.

Castle is a property management company which has units they rent out. I picked a garden view because I thought it would be peaceful and beautiful. But no! They lied and gave me a view of the parking structure. I wouldn't mind if that's what I picked, but don't lie!!! I wouldn't mibd except the parking structure completely dominated the whole view from the condo.

This property is outdated and poorly maintained. The room we stayed in was extremely small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase. These are condo buildings where individual owners rent out different units, so the experience varies widely. While I’ve heard some condos here are spacious and in better condition, most units are old and run-down. If there’s limited information or photos available for the specific condo you're considering, it’s likely to be one of the bad one. Additionally, Expedia does not honor its 24-hour cancellation policy for this property, and it misleadingly lists it as a 3.5-star hotel instead of a condo-style apartment building, which feels like a misrepresentation.

Overall, very good! A few issues but did not distract from our vacation. I had to prompt the staff online to get my check-in password/ instructions and my check out instructions. There were quite a few beetles in the room daily- and we did not keep food in the space. Not a big deal, for being in a tropical climate. Someone afraid of bugs may have an issue. Parking was easy, the room was clean, and spacious. Nice to have two large bathrooms. It was a nice space for us to enjoy Maui. 4 out 5 stars.

Great space!

The space was great for a couple! Lots of extras. The email sent with code had the wrong code. The TV had no instructions and the volume did not work for a few days. When we called, it took 24 hours before anyone came. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun!

My brother also booked at the same complex. While my unit was old with dirty carpet and old and worn out furniture, 1 queen bedroom and 1 very small bath his unit was more modern with 1 king bed, and 2 bathrooms. We both paid exactly the same price.

We missed our dinner reservations as the staff did not know what was going on as she gave me the wrong room number. The property manager in the facility gave me a wrong room number as well. Who knows who is talking to who. The manager called me back the next day and told me that he was going to talk to his employee. We can’t take back the lost time and we we very much inconvenienced. The manager did not do anything to compensate.

The property & location were great! Quiet, convenient to the beach and food, clean. Two pools and jacuzzis were great as well. The only thing I'd do differently is stay on the GARDEN SIDE -- the "partial ocean" view was mainly a view of the parking garage. Otherwise pretty flawless!

One bedroom two bathroom condo was great for us travelling as a couple and could work well for two couples or a family of four. Lani was not in direct sunlight so we always had a shady area to enjoy a refreshing beverage and it helped keeping the condo cool. Full size washer and dryer in unit was handy for our two week stay. Walking distance to beach and several restaurants. Only down side was not enough hangers in the closet and the dish set was missing large / small bowls. We would stay in this property again.

Noticed Cockroaches on ground level and first level. The unit needed a different kind of AC that didn't have it on a timer. Wish we would have had some barbecued tools. The unit was sparsely stocked for cooking utensils. Unit needed some minor repairs Otjer tjan tjat, decent for price

EXCELLENT PROPERTY/MOST CONVENIENT LOCATION IN MAUI (in my opinion South Maui/Kihei is a central perfect place to stay with a rental car in order to explore the entire island during your stay) FREE ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE IS GREAT! - When I booked this property through Expedia I saw mixed reviews, so I wasn't sure what to expect, yet trust me, this place is a GREAT CHOICE! CHOOSE THIS ONE!! We had everything we needed at this property and more!!! Look no further, this is the place to stay! Beautiful property (UNIT T-202 - UPDATED AND MODERN WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED SUPPLIED IN UNIT INCLUDING BEACH CHAIRS AND WAVE BOARDS - Unit was tucked nicely in back of property like a home away from home, great pool, excellent location with soft white sand beach right in front of the property, everything we needed was in the kitchen and bathroom). Staying here made our vacation relaxing and PERFECT!

Hotel was small and cramped. Front office was about 3 hotel properties down the street to get towels. Unpleasant odor from furniture and ac wall unit. We got a small room cramped with an oversized mini fridge next to the tv dresser reducing clearance from the front door to the beds. The room next door was what I was expecting. Kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and washer and dryer. Nearly 3 times bigger than what we got. So dissatisfied with this hotel. Will never book with them again.
