Nice and clean property, easy access to the beach. Only issue we had coffee machine was not working. Little out dated but clean property. Staf was very friendly and nice.👍 Overall I would recommend this hotel. Will return on next trip. Located within many access to places to see and do.

The most amazing features of this hotel are it's incredible Beach access at the bottom of the property-I'm literally within 150 feet walking distance to one of the best beaches on Maui according to the locals! The staff here are incredible as well-Ed, Jaden and Priscilla are three members who I've dealt with that are incredibly friendly, warm, accommodating and truly brings the Aloha and Ohana spirit to life. I recommend any travelers coming to Kihea on Maui stay here as it's affordable, clean and some of the best beach access on the island!

This hotel is located in Kihei with a beautiful beach located at the bottom of the property and the staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. I definitely recommend the hotel for a true Hawaiian experience!

This hotel is small and tucked in perfectly with the surrounding area. If you plan on being busy on the island, this is a great place to stay. My wife and I had plans on buying gone sun up to sun down and this was really just a place to sleep. For the price and the beach front access you can't beat it. The beach was GREAT btw. So many fish and sea turtles right out front. Precilla, the front office attendant was super kind and had great recommendations. Awesome stay for an AWESOME price.

For the most part my stay was very nice. Short walk to the beach. However, what bothered me the most and i mentioned to one of the workers... as i was on the upper level, theres no light to light the staircase going up or down. That was a huge concern and the same in the axillary gravel lot. Theres no lighting to light up the steps.
