Cheryl at the front desk was really kind and helpful. The staff left a birthday card and little sweet treat in the room since we were celebrating a birthday. The pools and hot tubs are great. The band at the bar (Jimmy and the Twins) at night was fabulous. I also really like the refillable water bottles and water stations.

Everything was great. Except on my last day my drivers license fell off my balcony and down below to another balcony. I reported to the front desk and they said they will have housekeeping take a look on floors below and get back to me. I’ve called the hotel over 5 times since I left for follow up and they directed me to different departments. And it’s been about 3 weeks since I checked out and reported this loss. Nobody has ever reached out to me not once.

Nice property, i loved the free reusable water bottle with filling station. We used these throughout our stay. Parking was always available. Rooms were nice. Pools and hot tubs were great.

Incredibly kind staff! Great amenities included in the resort fee… two pools, bikes, beach gear, 3 pickleball courts!! Will definitely be returning next time we’re in Maui!

Hotel staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable but unfortunately, the bar/ restaurant was not as nice. Table service was very poor, menu was very limited and food always served in a cardboard box! Evening ‘entertainment’ was ok at best and sometimes poor. Well done hotel staff but management needs a big overhaul.

Restaurants are currently being remodeled, so that was a minor inconvenience. Staff were wonderful, and the onsite filtered water dispensers were neat. Might have been nice if daily resort fee was noted in the Expedia listing.
