Elevator needs to be serviced. Ridiculous that the guest has to go to the office if the room needs something. The windows are so filthy it's hard to see the ocean. There is bird poop and smashed bugs all over the lanai. Had to kill a cockroach.

Great for families, right on the beach!
We were in a fourth floor ocean room that was touched up with new paint and flooring. The hotel is well-loved and it shows, but it’s a good place to stay. It’s right on the beach, there’s an indoor pool, and since we had a suite we had a kitchen and washing machine. The beds were on the hard side, but you’re not there for sleeping! I’ve been coming with my family to the Sea Ranch for over a decade, and we enjoy it.

Meh. It's right on the beach.
The property shows age. Furniture in the room was broken on arival. Ac did not function very well. Moldy caulk in shower. It is right in the beach, which is nice. We didn't use the pool or restaurant.

Property could use some TLC. Most of the staff were great. We rented two bedroom on the beach and couldn't get in until 5p, and had to check out at 10a, there was no service for these rooms either. The couch was terrible. The view was amazing.

The staff absolutely MADE this motel worth every cent. The property is kept up and clean, and of course being on the beach is a bonus but every staff member was funny, friendly and joyful. Will stay here again, no doubt!

We had a great room, right on the beach, and the beach itself was pretty much deserted. The property itself has seen better days but the room was clean and we had everything we needed. Area was about the same, shabby and past its best with limited options for food but again we found what we needed. Would come again.
