The precheck in process is smooth. We were able to collect the keys as soon as we reached the hotel. The staffs were really friendly. However, our key stopped working on the second day for no apparent reason and we noticed other people also faced this issue. Other than this incident, the stay at this hotel was a good experience.

For our purposes the motel was near the beach and away from the noise of the main drag yet near enough to restaurants and attractions. I could see the Wright Brothers Memorial from our balcony, yet was 3 blocks away.

Ice machines broken in our floor. Hard to slide balcony door - frame bent. Poor lighting in room - little where really needed. Location of AC unit - blew constantly on my face or back - bed. right in front of unit . Requested Toilet paper several times - we ended up buying our own used our own garbage bags cause garbage was not picked up. Then we had to leave early because of a death in my family and could not get 80.00 refunded. Will never book through Experian again and would not recommend this property to anyone.

Beach right across street. Check in was easy just talk to someone on a computer not in person. Room was clean on 1st floor walk right out to the pool. There are a few places that are in walking distance but really need a car to get to alot of the shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay and would book here again.

Fun times

Good hotel. Right across the street from the ocean, prob a couple hundred yards. It was a relatively quiet hotel and that was nice because our kids are loud enough. The hotel could use a spruce up; but it is relatively clean. One thing that was amazing was the beds. Some of the best sleep I've had in ages.
