Beware hotel has minimal staffed hours at desk and will make it incredibly difficult to check in any later. We contacted ahead to let them know we couldn’t make it by then as our ferry wouldn’t arrive and needed the lock box details. These were never shared, and needed hotels.com customer service to help. When we arrived, our lock box was empty. It was only by good fortune that a staff member was walking by and helped us. Turns out they’d given our room to somebody else! We got keys for a different room for that night and were told to go down in the morning between 9 and 6 to get keys for the second night. We delayed our plans for the day to do so, and I was greeted by the rudest interaction, as if somehow I was in the wrong for them giving my keys to somebody else. The rudest interaction I’ve ever had at a hotel, and absolutely shocking to give my room to somebody else. Credit where credit is due it’s a nice place to stay and was comfortable. But wouldn’t recommend if you have plans between 9-6 and need to deal with reception.

Great home base

This was the perfect place to stay while we were in Killarney. It was very spacious and clean with easy parking included, and it was within walking distance to everything in town. Staff was friendly, responsive, and accessible. Definitely would recommend, and would stay again if we return to the area.

The layout of property was confusing and difficult. We had heavy luggage and it was difficult to maneuver from building to building. The shower was very small and had a small limited amount of hot water. Everything else was fine.

The good…Location excellent! Close to shopping, restaurants, pubs. Roomy place for two couples. Clean but not perfect. Free safe parking a big plus. Renovating going on and the smell of plaster and wall paper paste in hallways was very strong. Motion lights took too long to go on when entering building in total darkness. Do not use washer/dryer combo. Took over 4 hours and clothes did not dry! Good value

The property is in a great location. Easily walkable to dining, shopping, and tour meeting locations. The apartment we stayed in was well appointed with everything we needed. The town of Killarney is very clean. We felt very safe there.

The photos are very misleading. The front photo is not where you stay...it's a historic building in the city a little ways away. :) The apartment feels a little like an old folks home but it's very clean & comfortable. It had 2 and a half baths which was great since I was traveling with my two sons and husband. Easy walk to a cute street with restaurants and stores. The little bakery by the corner has excellent bread and baked goods.
