A wonderful hotel. Clean, comfortable, and very attentive staff. Highly recommended!

Great location for visiting Galway and Aran Islands.

It was hard to sleep during the nights we stayed at the hotel as it no longer has air conditioning and the nights we stayed were hot. The room had a minimal ceiling fan that helped a little but not enough. The room was clean and the staff was helpful.

Our room was right over the gym - if you like loud music and constant thudding noises and being woken at 6:30 am then this is for you. Would not recommend at all- manager was unhelpful and staff clearly knew right away where our room was and what the thudding noises were without having to even think about it. Manager claims no one else has complained about this room. It’s AWFUL- stay away and do yourself a favor. There is nothing in Athenry - stay in the city if Galway and you will have a MUCH better vacation.

Enjoyed the character of the hotel. Located within walking distance to shopping and eating.

The staff were great. Okay stay, uncomfortable bed.
