Some of this one my own fault for not checking thoroughly what I was booking. This is very much a hostel. Shared bathroom which I don't feel was clear, my room had no curtains, and there was no instruction as how to access the property. That said the shared bathroom was clean, but no hot water in the shower. Probably fine if you know what to expect.

The hotel is lovely, the only issue is the train station next-door. It was very noisy on our side of the hotel with trains running until midnight and they began again at 5:30 AM

Dont waste your time here, pay €20-30 more and get a more comfortable place to stay, sandwiched between the railway line and the main road .. grim!

The bathroom was not up to 4 star standard there was nothing to stop the shower from wetting the bathroom floor making it extremely dangerous and slippy . The paint on the bathroom door was peeling due to the constant soaking from the shower.

Clean room and convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay here’s. Breakfast was nice. Thanks

Lovely older property with character- this means it is not modern and perfect. If you find this kind of thing charming, this is the place for you. Our room was spacious, quiet and not overheated. Jude in reception was very nice. Breakfast was top notch. Would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in Kinsale.

Great location. Clean and comfortable room. Spectacular view of the harbour. Close to all attractions.
