My stay at Courtyard was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in completely seamless. The room was both beautiful and cozy, with a calm and modern design that made it feel like a true retreat. The bed was extremely comfortable—so much so that I slept through the night and woke up feeling fully rested and refreshed. Every detail, from cleanliness to comfort, was clearly well thought out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and top-notch hotel experience.

Courtyard in Killeen TX

The hotel is in a convenient location and the rooms are very comfortable. I have to say that this is the first time ever that I stayed at a rather upscale hotel, and was expected to pay for breakfast. Never in my life have I not had free breakfast with any hotel stay!

Bathroom was very roomy and clean. I appreciated the ironing board. I am glad I brought my own hair blow dryer as one was not available. I arrived at hotel at 4:41pm and the room was not available yet. I was a bit upset but not argumentative. I went to restroom to change blouse and did makeup. I returned to desk about 10-15 min later and the receptionist did not know I was there 10-15 min. ago. (eye roll) The room was now available. she processed the room for me and handed me the key card. with No further words. I asked where is the elevator. Come on! teach the receptionists basic welcoming skills !

Everything was wonderful as far as the property. One of the front desk workers was very rude and not friendly not sure what her name was. She was a young girl. Not friendly at all. Other than that everything else was wonderful other front desk clerks was very friendly and attentive.
