Whoever the host was at night deserve a raise. He was efficient and he even offered me a hand with my bags.i was checked in under 5 minutes.

Everything seemed fine until it was time to sleep. I could hear all the people in the other rooms, pot smoking and a mother whipping her kid. Added to all the racing down the highway, Fire Trucks, 3 times that night and airplanes over the hotel. Killeen seems to sleep at 4:00 AM. I checked out at 6:00am because I had to be at an event by7:00am. A tough stay, I would not ever stay there again. The staff listened to me and were concerned and apologized. I know they can not control the environment

Beautiful rooms & Phenomenal customer service
The room & stay were great, check in was fast & easy. The customers service was phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing, I was surprised they didn’t have was a hot buffet style breakfast included with room. Most of the Marriott’s I’ve stayed @ before offer it. However, they do have a Bistro inside where you can purchase breakfast.
