In between not having any hot water for 14 days other than 5 hours of it and 14 days without my front door being able to be locked properly and securely and getting robbed to the very last day I stayed there the hotel staff got very hostile to where the police were called I would never ever be here again
In between doors that aren't can't lock properly and get involved and not having hot water for 14 days other than the 5 hours the first time they try to fix it staff also gets hostile if you try to complain
This property I stole it stayed a total of 28 days 14 of those days with that hot water Even though I spoke to them every day about getting me hot water And the rest of the 14 Was an unsafe conditions due to The front door Not being able to be secured properly Anybody that came by that was able to wiggle it it was able to open On that 13th day of staying in that room I was robbed That's when they put me in the room with no water Very last day I had had it staff became hostile
Sister Hotel homerton put me in a room first that did not have a secure door and I got broken into but the second one had no hot water the hot water heater was leaking and mildew no matter how many days how many times I told them to fix it only twice did somebody come over and only once that I have hot water for 5 hours out of 14 days and then the very last day the staff became very hostile when trying to address the situation.
I have been staying here for about 2 weeks now I've been moved into my second room and my first room I complained since day one about the door not being locked properly and about 5 to 6 days later my room was broken into and things were stolen now the second room had no hot water other than a few hours on two different days and the bed that I am sleeping in is completely broken underneath the wood is starting to fall apart and they have not come to fix me the one of them they sent somebody out to hit fix the water heater and it breaks within hours

I did like how courteous they were in the beginning when I stayed here however I'm very unhappy with the fact that I complained about my door being able to be unlocked without the key since day one and eight maybe nine days later somebody broke into my room and I lost things that were irreplaceable to me then they wanted to move me to safer her room
After getting the key and walking into this disgusting place, I took a few pictures and went to the front desk. The smoke detector was covered in plastic that was yellow from what I can only assume was from chemicals being burned on spoons. The pillows were unbelievably disgusting, less than 1/4 inch of TP on the roll with no extra but they are willing to sale you a roll for $1. Take a look at the pictures before you decide to stay here. No Refund, No room change, manager was rude.
This hotel is absolutely the worst I've ever stayed in. I felt safer sleeping in my car! The door didn't lock properly, none of the appliances really worked, the bed was disgusting, trash shoved under the bed, bathtub rusted to hell. Awful. And no refunds??? We can see why.
