Other than the pool the hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. The manager was willing to open the breakfast area for us to play games in on the rainy day. The food at breakfast was not very warm.

Standard, as expected. Easy free parking, easy to get to beach and through town. Boston pizza, Tim Hortons and grocery all walkable. Clean hotel, wifi was good. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, and the none staff member seemed to have trouble keeping things stocked/replenished during the morning rush.
