Trip from TN to CA

I’d give this hotel a solid three overall. It was a decent stay. There wasn’t grass available for the dogs/only rocks, which wasn’t convenient. However, it’s only $25 per dog, which is reasonable. We did bring our dog, and while everything was fine for the most part, the room had a very strong smell—like cat urine or harsh cleaning products. It really bothered me, though it didn’t affect my husband at all. That might just be one of the drawbacks of staying in pet-friendly hotels. If it was cat urine, I’ll be avoiding places that allow cats in the future. The beds were comfortable, and the free breakfast was good and well-organized.

Everything was clean, only the room had some maintenance problem the shower doors need attention, no Kleenex. Also the lady at the breakfast area was very rude, it was 9.25 and she was cleaning everything away, I understand that maybe they need to follow the standard of the hotel, but she was rushing and not even smile or said something to us about the breakfast putting everything away, At least say good morning sorry por the inconvenience, she was very very rude, no name tag

Bad Experience

Unpleasant experience - Items were stolen from our room while we were out during the day. Management was unconcerned and rude when theft was reported. Manager was just short of calling me a liar, saying her staff would not steal. I don’t know what to tell you other than the items were there in the morning when we left and were gone when we got back. Manager made no attempt to be helpful and told me to call the police, which I did! Needless to say, we will never stay here again as I would never feel comfortable staying there. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Management obviously doesn’t care about guests and their experience.

The breakfast was one of the worst breakfasts’ I have had at a hotel. I don’t usually expect much from a free hotel breakfast but this was terrible. Even the coffee was bad. For that reason alone, we won’t stay there again. The room was nice. Clean.
