Ramada Inn by Wyndham in Kingman is the most memorable place we've stayed in years. The property is so inviting, worthy of Hollywood! What a great experience. The front desk staff worked diligently to care for us. The room was comfortable with familiar amenities including bar soap and matching personal products. The one and only drawback was the morning housekeepers. Three times we informed the staff that we were not leaving. This was between 9 and 9:30 am. Checkout was 11 am. Put a shadow on an otherwise pleasant stay.

Check in was an hour long due to whoever is in charge of rooms gave our King bed size room away that I booked a whole weeek in advanced and ended up getting a 2 queen bedroom instead . Then the receptionist kept missing a button to finalize the booking and kept blaming the 3rd party booking but it was her but she finally got us in an hour later we had arrived at 2am and got a room close to 3am Then! The next morning we found a cockroach in the bathroom, then we left and put the DND sign and the maid disregarded the message and went in anyways. The continental breakfast had like 3 maybe 4 options and the sausage was very salty and the eggs were runny, the sitting area was so small, other than that the hotel itself has a lot of stuff to see like the paintings very Route 66 and old school things. Check out was fast and easy but wouldn’t stay there again

Great Place to Stay when on a Road Trip

This is a lovely motley, staff is super friendly, rooms are great, and the whole motel is very nicely decorated. The hotel has a fun restaurant and a nice pool and indoor yard area with a gazebo. Price was excellent for that category of hotel, and the included hot breakfast was a nice treat. I definitely will stay there again.

The rooms are the noisiest we have ever experienced! Rooms are 2 star at best. Broken faucet, insects, chipped paint and more. We wouldnt even shower in the bathroom. This hotel should be a $70 night.

Greeted by a live cockroach in the bathroom. The room fan and nearby train competed to be the loudest thing we could hear. The cleaner beat on the door at 0830 before we had even dressed or checked out. Disappointing overall if I’m being honest.

Great stay in Kingman

My wife and I had a late start and didn’t arrive on the property until 3 am and I was greeted at check in. The room was clean and comfortable. We had the complimentary breakfast and it was a great simple meal to get us started on our day. Everyone was so nice. Highly recommended to people traveling through Kingman or there on vacation. The artwork was a real tribute to the original Route 66.

30 minutes after checking in, another person showed up with a room key and the staff had assigned my room to another person. However, I was charged twice for the same room. I paid with a different card when i arrived and they still charged my card on the reservation. Employees there cannot issue a refund. Manager is almost impossible to talk to. Restaurant was horrible. Avoid this place if at all possible!

I had been on a 24 day business driving trip and I live in San Luis Obispo so when I leave Gallup New Mexico I break the 850 miles home by staying in Kingman have been doing so for five years this was my first time staying here the kitschy moviola was fun albeit a bit over the top but cool now the one bad but I have Ms I booked the accessible room the bed is on a metal box every time you get up or get back on it sounds like you hit a empty steel drum with a bar and I. The bathroom the shower floor is higher than the rest of the room by a couple of inches and the water runs downhill from the shower and the slight angle becomes a slide when wet
